Position Summary

The Regional Acccount Manager is a critical component to our success in the North American market.  RSMs are responsible for all new and existing revenue for their respective region.  This includes all new business sales and existing business retention.  RSM are relationship owners, business development experts, and ambassadors for our business.  They represent us to our Customers, and represent our Customers needs to us.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Retains and expands revenues from existing customer base
  • Identifies, pursues, and wins new customers
  • Creates and executes a business growth plan for Region
  • Maintains strong working knowledge of Products and Services

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of related work experience
  • Sales expertise and proven track record of success
  • Endurance Industry and Timing Technology proficiency
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Track record of  goal setting achievement
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Presentation Skills / Public Speaking
