Your responsibilities

  • Drive the Business Development projects and for those projects take over the role of lead Project Manager across the company .
  • Be the bridge to the Product Engineering and Product Marketing Team and ensure that product related projects are running smoothly.
  • Be the core communication component between Investors and Freeletics in regards to Business Development projects .
  • Closely work with the Management Team and the CEO to prioritize and execute Business development projects.
  • Control the overall deliverables in regards to the alignment to the company strategy.
  • Develop and improve existing frameworks for Business Development.
  • Actively support the investors in setting up a framework for cooperation and co-development.
  • Lead or support negotiations with global partners and define the modus operandi in global partnerships.
  • Roll-out Business Development projects in the organization and anchor them in the daily business organisation.
  • Build a sustainable model for cooperation with external partners and drive the execution.
  • Lead discussions with investors and the Management Team on Business Development topics.

Your profile

  • Very strong project management skills and knowledge in core Product Marketing technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to connect the dots from different functional areas and align, condense them according to company goals and distill complex information into simple executable storylines.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technology.
  • Experience in go-to-market launches from scratch in start-up environments.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset that allows fast scale and thinks about integration into the core business from the start.
  • Very good knowhow regarding conversion triggers and processes as well as agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
  • Experience in global contract negotiations with large partners and complex settings.
  • Very hands-on mentality with strong decision making capabilities and ability to lead by example.
  • Ability to strike a balance between strategic thinking and operations.
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to bring across complex contexts to various parties.
  • Strong skills in vision setting and coaching as well as team-building cross-functions and countries.
  • Ability to motivate and achieve results through transparent management style even without disciplinary leadership.
