CRM Coordinator (Email and Digital Marketing) at IRONMAN – Tampa, FL

IRONMAN is seeking a driven and innovative CRM Coordinator.  This role is responsible for coordinating and executing on the IRONMAN CRM strategies as it relates to all direct marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.  The CRM coordinator position will work closely with the social media, content/editorial, marketing, PR, Merchandise, eCommerce, and sales teams.
This position is based at the IRONMAN World Headquarters in Tampa, FL and reports to the Senior Manager, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with CRM team to develop and execute all email marketing campaigns; including athlete communications, race registration, marketing campaigns, e-commerce and partner emails. This includes designing, initiating, and maintaining automated campaigns as well.
  • Plan and execute A/B email tests, report results and make recommendations for improvements based on those results.
  • Manage and optimize the design, content, layout, customer segmentation and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications.
  • Work with team members to ensure web and social lead generation campaigns are running properly, tracking leads correctly, and provide recommendations to improve lead conversion. Monitor campaigns regularly, trouble-shoot, maintain, and provide solutions.  Document all lead generation processes and maintain as new components are added into our lead generation strategy. Maintain forms and landing pages as needed.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to develop effective designs for all marketing communications and supporting digital experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends for tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams on contract based partner inclusions and best practices. Being a team player and working with counterparts in other departments will be critical to success in this role.
  • Identify key metrics to analyze and monitor campaign performance (ex. email marketing campaigns, lead generation campaigns, and other CRM initiatives) within the different email subscriptions centers.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university with a major related to marketing or web design.
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Experience with various photo editing and graphic design tools a plus.
