Job Description

Position Summary

The End User Computing Analyst Is responsible for assisting in the design, deployment, and maintenance of our Windows desktop environment. The role manages the 10,000+ systems using tools such as IBM BigFix and Active Directory. The analyst works on a team that’s responsible for maintaining hardware and software standards for Windows-based systems.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains tools and process for delivery of approved software to desktop systems
  • Develops images and deployment process for installation, re-installation, and migration of Windows desktop
  • Maintains hardware standards to be deployed within the enterprise
  • Identifies solutions to problems or issues that cannot be resolved by Tier 1 & 2 staff
  • Responsible for documenting processes, configuration, and operational procedures for assigned tasks

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good documentation skills
  • Must have scripting knowledge and application packaging experience
  • Experience in Windows desktop products
