The Manager of Instructor Operations oversees the day-to-day needs of the instructor team. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple projects at once, is able to communicate with all personality types with ease, and has a passion for fitness.

Reports To:  Director of Training and Development
Employment Status: Full-Time/Exempt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the instructor team
  • Manage instructor availability and substitutions
  • Determine optimal class schedules with assistance from Regional and Studio Managers
  • Manage instructor onboarding
  • Manage instructor communications
  • Manage instructor issues and disciplinary measures as needed
  • Assist Director of Training & Development with special projects
  • Assist with special events

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to give direct, constructive feedback, including criticism
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with SLT

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Available to work flexible hours as needed: evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays
