As a Platform Business Development Manager you work on the interface between the Data Team, Marketing and the Coach Experience Team to define strategies that improve our customer satisfaction. Also, you will be responsible to execute our go-to-market-strategies with the Algorithm Team. You hold advanced analytical skills and think in solutions? Your responsibilities

  • Drive the physical coaching strategy from a platform perspective.
  • Work together with the marketing, coach experience and algorithm team to execute on the “Go to market strategy”.
  • Be the bridge to the market research team and the coach platform strategy.
  • Develop long-term user coaching retention strategies to improve customer life-time value and satisfcation.
  • Control the overall deliverables in regard to the alignment to the company strategy.
  • Understand competitor landscape and derive implication of coach product offering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for insights into the coach offering, platform performance and customer life-time circle.

Your profile

  • Significant relevant work experience in business development or consulting.
  • Passion for digital fitness market & deep understanding of how digital players operate.
  • Fitness enthusiast with deep knowledge of the fitness industry – how they operate, what their challenges are and how they should transform.
  • Experience with building and running platforms.
  • Passion for technologies & understanding the app eco system.
  • Operational excellence mind-set and experience.
  • Excellent data driven problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
