We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Pacific Northwest to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to become F45 franchise owners. A “HUNTER” mentality is what is needed with an exceptional relationship-based focus. This role requires a franchise sales person who can successfully engage and interact with multiple profile-type prospects. You must be able to communicate and present the opportunity the brands offer to prospects and investors alike. Knowledge of the fitness industry, franchising and retail operations are preferred.


  • Sell F45 Training franchises to prospective customers in the  Pacific Northwest region
  • Develop relationships with prospective franchise owners
  • Challenge objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Maintain positive business relationships to build network and ensure future sales


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google suite
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of success in a sales position
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Must be polished and articulate to take clients through franchise business model
  • Positive, confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to flourish in a fast paced and competitive environment

  • A good level of numeracy
  • Competitive sports and/or fitness background preferred
  • Fitness franchise experience highly desirable
  • Native of the east coast highly desirable with established network
  • Bonus points if your bilingual- English and Spanish speaking


  • Present, promote and sell F45 Training Franchise using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers within your region (Eastern half of the US)
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Provide leadership with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers
  • Record sales and associated information
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Willingness to continuously improve through feedback
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
  • Be an enthusiastic advocate for all of F45 Training brands

  • This is a full-time remote position and requires a high level of accountability.
  • Regular travel will be required- national, but focused on Pacific Northwest including Seattle and Vancouver Canada.

Competitive compensation based on experience. This position will start out with a Salary (a guaranteed amount) and a commission (an amount based on the quantity sold). After an agreed upon time the position will transition into a 100% commission-only basis.
