Sales Development Representative at MINDBODY – Atlanta, GA

This role focuses on developing your business and personal skills with a growth path for those that perform. As an SDR, you will be given a path to develop you and we hold ourselves accountable to giving you the skills to advance. This program focuses on building product knowledge and developing sales skills through training and development. We are looking to hire our next future closers and continue to build a culture of promoting from within.

The SDRs qualify outbound leads and create opportunities for closing sales reps. They are responsible for seeking out new opportunities via the web, as well as contacting prospects. They will create awareness of the MINDBODY product, increase interest level and set up a demonstration of the software with one of our software specialists.

REQUIREMENTS: Great phone demeanor and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly. Must be familiar with the Internet and somewhat technology savvy.
Other qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
  • Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttals
  • Ability to function under pressure
  • Works well within a highly competitive environment
  • Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals
  • Exercises great team work and enthusiasm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicates with prospects leveraging multiple channels
  • Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls and lead generation.
  • Works with prospects to set up software demonstration calls.
  • Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.
