We are looking for a key player at Freeletics, who will further excel our game-changing growth path and acquire valuable leads and users. As Team Lead Search, you are our expert for all search user acquisition channels – both paid and organic. Your responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for managing and controlling all Freeletics Search user acquisition channels.
  • Identify and approach new traffic sources and keep the company at the forefront of developments in search marketing.
  • Build the ASO strategy at Freeletics together with the ASO freelancers in order to drive organic downloads through various ASO processes.
  • Build the SEO strategy at Freeletics together with the SEO freelancers in order to drive organic registrations.
  • Create reports with detailed evaluation of campaign performance and optimize revenues.
  • Design strategies, campaigns and tactics to profitably reach the company’s aggressive growth goals.
  • Assure the timely implementation of the defined strategies, campaigns and tactics by driving their execution and by tracking and controlling quality.
  • Monitor and analyse markets, competitors and trends.
  • Hire, build, inspire and develop our Search team and coordinate the pool of freelancers.

Your profile

  • Relevant experience in a comparable online/performance marketing position, with a successful track record of profitably scaling search channels and/or optimizing the app stores.
  • Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team is a plus.
  • A passion to get involved hands on, a “getting things done” mentality.
  • Hands on experience in either paid search (esp. Apple Search Ads and UAC) or organic search (esp. ASO) is a must.
  • A very good understanding of tracking technologies, web-based new media strategies and SEO is required.
  • Very strong at analysing data and optimizing based on numbers; efficient and result-oriented working style.
  • Motivation to exceed our expectations and go the extra mile.
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus.
